Mission Anticoagulation (Coumadin®) Clinic

If you are on blood thinners, you know how important it is to make sure your medication dose is just right. Our Anticoagulation Clinic is staffed by a team of pharmacists who are specially trained in the regulation of blood thinners.

We will use a simple finger stick to test your blood, and then you'll meet with a pharmacist who will adjust your medication dose while you are in the clinic so you don't have to wait for a phone call from your doctor's office. We'll also communicate your test results back to your physician, so he or she can still keep up with your progress.

Proper dose and drug interactions are an integral part of taking any medicine, especially blood thinners. We can help you have peace of mind in understanding and knowing all you need to about your blood thinner medication.
