Holding on-site health screenings for your employees or organization memebers is the first step in Mission's workplace wellness program.
Our Know Your Numbers screening program assesses blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose and body mass index (BMI). Results are viewed privately and include counseling on any disease risk factors. We also provide lists of primary care providers and can assist you with data entry for your company's Health Risk Assessment. We provide solutions on-site or through specific Mission wellness programs, such as nicotine cessation, weight management or disease management. These programs can reduce healthcare costs through disease prevention and improve employee well-being.
