Medication Assistance Program for Uninsured or Underinsured

If you are uninsured or underinsured, you are not alone. Some estimates show as many as 44 million Americans are uninsured, and 17.1 million are underinsured.

Our Medication Assistance Program at here to help. This program provides you with free long-term medication financial assistance as well as education about your medications, all with advice from your one-on-one pharmacist. If you have a chronic medical condition that you need help managing, we can help with that too.

• You are eligible for this program if:
• You are between the ages of 18-64
• You are uninsured
• Your you primary care physician is in Buncombe County
• You are taking medications for chronic conditions
• You meet income levels for assistance program
• You have Medicare Part D and are in the "doughnut hole".
