Jon Yeatman is the Director of Health System Integration and Special Assistant to the CEO at Mission Health.

He is tasked with advancing key projects that include developing innovative delivery models that span the care continuum, optimizing facilities and processes to enhance patient care, and establishing relationships across our region.

Previously, Jon worked in a similar capacity as Special Assistant to the CEO of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and as a Senior Director with the Advisory Board Co, a health care strategy and advisory firm based in Washington, DC.

Jon earned his MBA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, concentration in Health Care Management, and his B.S. at Georgetown University with a major in Finance.

He moved to Asheville from Philadelphia with his wife and two children. This position is a homecoming of sorts as Jon was born at Memorial Mission Hospital and spent his early years in Asheville.
