Kristi Sink, MHA, is Mission's Vice President of Ambulatory and Ancillary Services.
Sink serves as the leader in our organization for strategy formulation, development, and operations of our ambulatory service initiatives and assists us in growing our outpatient business overall.
She is responsible for the operations of multiple services including both inpatient and outpatient imaging as well as multiple ambulatory initiatives. i
Sink joined Mission from Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System in Hampton Roads, VA. There she served as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services for two of the hospitals in the system, as well as multiple system-wide roles in ambulatory development, imaging, and oncology services. Prior to joining the three-hospital based Hampton Roads Health System, she served the six-hospital Sentara Health System in Norfolk, VA, where her responsibilities included the management of outpatient services and primary care physician services.
She holds a Masters of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyon College.
She and her husband, Frank, have two boys.
