Nursing is...hatin' to see 'em go but lovin' to watch 'em leave!
I am coming up on my one year anniversary at my dream job. I am elated to be part of the TCU family and could not feel any more content in my life in this field. I truly have the best patients and the best co-workers. Most of our patients are at a crossroad in their lives because they can not just jump back in to where they were before. They are separated from their job, school, activities, and life in general. They have time to think about what is important and where they want to be. It is our job to guide them in the right direction, truly giving meaning to "progressive care."
